I am really struggling to get the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Shades of Green rehabs ready for this weekend. I am tossing around the idea of doing my own “Parade of Homes” to showcase all three properties at the same time. Call me crazy, but I think it just might work! 
For those of you who don’t know me very well (and I guess for those of you who do), I have extreme stage fright! Getting up in front of this group and taking about how I make money in Real Estate was very uncomfortable for me. Afterwards, I treated everyone to a fun Limo ride to go check out some green rehabs in Colorado Springs. We went to Tanager, Prospect, Charwood, Sequoia, Axtel and a few others…
